SINT commitment to quality has always been applied in the services provided, in order to better meet our Client’s needs.
This has led to the adoption of ISO 9001 as standard in all the processes used to deliver our services, from management to design and consultancy organization, through the use of a set of rules to produce and check the quality of the deliverables. Particular attention is devoted to the optimization of resources, to the planning of activities and to client feedback.
Since 2003 SINT is certified according to ISO 9001 from TUV SUD and since 2007, the Quality Management Systems of SINT has been implemented in the management software JMS (Job Management and Strategies).
In 2023 SINT has implemented an Integrated System for Quality, Safety and Environmental management and is certified according to
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 from TUV SUD.
In October 2024 SINT has obtained gender equality certification, confirming its commitment to promoting and protecting diversity, equal opportunities and creating a fair and inclusive work environment.
The certification was awarded following an evaluation process conducted by Kiwa Cermet Italia based on six indicators.
